"İmamoğlu" comment on the "Rezan" crisis in the AKP! "Confirms the conspiracy"

Former AKP MP Şamil Tayyar claimed that many people, especially Chief Advisor to the President Mehmet Uçum, put pressure on Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor Akın Gürlek as part of the investigation into Attorney Rezan Epözdemir, who was arrested for aiding and abetting FETÖ.
Regarding his allegations, Tayyar said, “Gürlek is overwhelmed by the intense pressure he has not even faced regarding the İmamoğlu file.”
Ankara Bar Association President Attorney Mustafa Köroğlu, commenting on Tayyar's allegations, said, "The judiciary becoming a 'political apparatus' is bringing the ruling bloc's internal conflicts into the courthouse corridors; this is dealing a heavy blow to the rule of law."
"THE MOST CONCRETE INDICATOR"
According to a report in Cumhuriyet newspaper, CHP Deputy Chair Gül Çiftçi said, "This situation is one of the most concrete indicators that the justice mechanism has become a tool for power struggles. The 'Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's Conspiracy Exchange' fits right in here."
CHP Deputy Chair Gül Çiftçi said:
We are witnessing the decay in which the judiciary has fallen, day by day. Recent statements from within the AKP have once again brought to public attention the allegations of pressure on the judiciary and bargaining. This situation is one of the most concrete indicators not only of internal conflicts within the ruling party, but also of the judiciary's complete loss of independence and its transformation into a tool for power struggles. The "Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Conspiracy Stock Exchange" announced by our Chairman, Mr. Özgür Özel, fits perfectly into this context.
"IT ALSO CONFIRMS THE BACKGROUND OF THE CONSPIRACY PROCESS" Çiftçi stated, "It has been repeatedly revealed that witness testimonies were manipulated through evidence-free, unlawful testimonies and trial processes in operations targeting elected mayors and our comrades." He continued, "Now we are witnessing the establishment of a network of dirty relationships between members of the judiciary and lawyers. Today's confessions of 'pressure' coming from within the AKP also confirm the background of this conspiracy process. This country's judiciary has been severed from the principle of impartiality and turned into a Palace's instructions room. The scales of justice are no longer tipped according to evidence, law, or conscience, but rather according to the government's daily self-interest. This destruction of judicial independence is a grave crime committed not only against the opposition, but against all of society, and all citizens."
